Menendez Brothers Retrial 2024. After their first widely publicized trial ended in a mistrial, a jury convicted the menendez brothers of murdering their parents, jose and kitty, following a second trial in 1996. The new hearing, which is now set for november 29th 2024, could lead to a retrial or resentencing for the brothers.
